Do you have free trial period for new users?
Users who are new to Oopy can use up to 2 basic plan hostnames for a week.
Can I pay annually, not monthly?
Yes you may. Please contact us through support@oopy.io
I want to create another one. How could I pay?
If you want to add a hostname during the subscription period, you need to pay prorated fee for the hostname. For example, if itβs March 1st today and the next payment date is March 15th, you pay the amount as shown below.

I want to delete and create again.
Oopy internally maintains the number of hostnames that users have paid for. If you paid for 3 domains this month, you can use up to 3 domains during that period at no extra cost. So, just delete it and create it again.
What if I have a domain I don't want to pay for?
If you have a domain that you don't want to pay for, please delete it before the next payment period.
I don't want to pay any more.
Please remove the card information from https://app.oopy.io/mypage. Your account information will be retained for up to one week from the expiration date. All informations that have not been paid will be deleted in (about) a week.
Can I get a refund for an unwanted payment?
